They are basically fine bits of ice that you can top with tapioca balls (boba), fruit, sweet beans, and especially condensed milk.
But if you HAVE had one, and have not had Class 302's... I'd also say you are missing out.

Heavenly. Better if split with (many) friends. Besides the fact that they are awesome people (one is starting a new job soon and the other is also starting a new job soon... as mayor!), they sure have good taste in desserts. :)

ReplyDeleteI've had something similar growing up in Malaysia. It's called ice kacang and it's so delicious. Of course it has kidney beans and coconut milk as well. Slurpicious :D
