Weekly Workouts: 3/5 - 3/11

This Week's Workouts:

Saturday - 12 mi

Sunday - rest; stretching/"The Stick"

Monday - Precor elliptical/stepper trainer+weights

Tuesday - 5 mi

Wednesday - elliptical/stepper hybrid, upright bike, Jacob's ladder, weights

Thursday - 5 mi (kind of walked the last 1 mi)

Friday - 40 min upright bike (9 mi); 20 min strength

Weekly Mileage: 22

  1. Those are some good workouts, especially the 12 mile run! I like how you mix it up with gym and running, I wish I could do that more!
